Tell us more about your future of ageing. What's it like?
You're looking back at your fulfilled life and a much younger friend of yours asks about your secret of happiness and fullfillment. What do you tell them? What would you recommend to them?
Don't take life too seriously but figure out what you want from it, what is important to you and have a vision in mind - stay flexible and adaptable in the road to get there. When making decisions, be connected to your mind and body and see what feels right to you. Don't make decisions based on fear. What's the very worst that can happen? Life always goes on. Be willing to never stop learning and growing as you go along as change and uncertainty are a given. Sometimes things suck but as long as you get up again and keep going life will take you places. Be open to these places and curious about the people you meet along the way. It's the connections with people that will mean most to you when you are old(er).
