Tell us more about your future of ageing. What's it like?

Imagine you are 72, 80 or even 99 years old: How and with whom do you live together?

hopefully with my partner ... If not then living on my own will be fine too as long as I have a circle of people that I can socialize with. However I do hope that I can take care of myself in the future to be independent as long as possible.

Who are the most important people in your life and how do you spend time with them?

My child(dren) and grandchild(ren). Exploring the beauty of our world together with them is the best thing I could imagine :-)

What is your sex and love life like in the future?

Is sex important at all if you carry love inside you?

Thinking into the future: How do you manage to stay mentally and physically fit?

Do breaks, say no to (digital) seduction, be aware if when you cross your personal «health line», living yin and yang, regularly do sports – strength (kettlebell) - cardio (running) - agility (yoga, blackroll)

How do you afford everyday life in the future?

Monetary: pension + invests that I do now. Skills: Do more hands-on things and learn how to survive independently based on your broadened skillset (catch a fish, cooking, growing vegetables, repair things like my bike, make a fire etc etc.)

Thinking of your future older self: What do you get up for in the morning?

for my daughter! And to make a living. In the weekends I only get up earlier to get to the mountains or to enjoy the empty streets in the city while running or exercising ...

You're looking back at your fulfilled life and a much younger friend of yours asks about your secret of happiness and fullfillment. What do you tell them? What would you recommend to them?
