Tell us more about your future of ageing. What's it like?

Imagine you are 72, 80 or even 99 years old: How and with whom do you live together?

I am 91 years old, I live with my second wife who is 76, I am preparing myself for my entrance into the "Absolute" and meanwhile I am busy observing a better World for all those who will come after me.

Who are the most important people in your life and how do you spend time with them?

My wife, she is my companion who brought back the joy of living. With her I broke barriers, saw a new world and experienced being someone I never imagined I would be.

What is your sex and love life like in the future?

Monogamous partnership we regularly explore our physical pleasures and what motivates us are olfactory, tactile, sound, taste and visual experiences through AR, VR, AI, art events, exhibitions, travel where we explore our fantasies together or apart.

Thinking into the future: How do you manage to stay mentally and physically fit?

Long walks, science fiction and fantastic reality reading, positive films and art documentaries, art exhibitions, travel to different countries with cultures more different from me that don't rely on my subjectivity, healthy eating, little or no need for alcohol, online medical monitoring and AI assistant.

How do you afford everyday life in the future?

I am financially independent

Thinking of your future older self: What do you get up for in the morning?

To observe the world created by people totally different from me, who do not depend on my subjectivity. To absorb experiences through art, science and technology. To avoid reading or seeing, and go beyond what the media filters and tries to create as the "only reality". To create opportunities through incentives for people who have also left the cave, to go out and practice what they dream of most.

You're looking back at your fulfilled life and a much younger friend of yours asks about your secret of happiness and fullfillment. What do you tell them? What would you recommend to them?

Believe in yourself. There is no normal. Normal is simply a reality adapted to a poor narrative that is easy to repeat. The world will always change a lot no matter what you do. Don't create difficulties, don't resist. Do what you love most with as much love as possible. The more you use love, kindness, the more you allow, the more you break barriers and move forward, the more the Universe expands and that only concerns you. Do not be afraid, cry when you want to cry, shout when you want to shout, walk, run, smile, shine. Lose yourself! All paths lead to the same place. Ah yes, always use sunscreen.
